5. ACE Hôtel General terms & conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Payment: Payment must be made in full upon arrival at the hotel. Prices do not include tourist taxes.
Guarantee Policy:
All reservations and arrivals (before or after 6 PM) must be confirmed by sending a confirmation email or by providing a credit card number with its validity date on the date of the start of the stay, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation deadline:
For confirmed reservations with arrival after 6 PM, cancellations must be made directly with the hotel before 6 PM at the latest on the same day.
Should the guest fail to appear and cancel the reservation by the above deadline, the service booked will be charged to the company or person (if it is a personal reservation) for which the reservation was made, up to the amount of the first night at the hotel plus VAT.
The invoice will be marked "no show".
Cancellation and modification of a reservation
If, upon the guest’s arrival, there are no rooms available despite the guest having made a reservation, the hotel reserves the right to provide accommodation elsewhere under the best possible conditions. In this case, any transfer costs will be paid by the hotel and the guests will not be entitled to any compensation of any kind.
The hotel may withdraw from its obligations or suspend its performance if it is unable to guarantee them due to the occurrence of an unexpected event beyond its control, and in the event of force majeure, in particular total or partial destruction of the hotel, strike, disaster, fire, internal or external technical accident and generally any event preventing the proper performance of the service.
Arrival time: Rooms are available after 4 PM.
Departure time: Rooms must be vacated no later than 11 AM.
Guests undertake to use the room in a prudent and responsible fashion. Therefore, in the event of any behaviour contrary to public decency and in breach of peace, ACE HOTEL will ask the guest to leave the establishment with no compensation or refund if a payment has already been made.
Guests undertake to comply with all instructions, in particular regarding the establishment's rules and safety regulations. Because ACE HOTEL does not have custody of guests’ personal effects or equipment stored in the halls, premises and parking lot, it cannot be held liable in the event of their theft or disappearance.
Non-Smoking hotels:
We remind our guests that our hotels are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance with the regulations in force, a contribution of €150 will be charged for the cost of repairing the room (carpet cleaning, curtain and air purification), as well as for any untimely activation of the smoke detectors, which are all connected to the fire panel.
Personal information:
The information requested at the time of booking is essential for the correct processing of the request. Consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial canvassing by telephone can register, free of charge, on a list of people opposed to telephone canvassing. For more information: Bloctel. We invite you to consult our personal data protection and cookie management policy.
